This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Act as the strategic leader for the designated oncology territory.
• Enhance patient outcomes while supporting brand objectives and business goals for CLL and NHL oncology products.
• Create and implement a thorough territory business plan that aligns with brand strategy and addresses local customer needs.
• Establish trustworthy relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders.
• Provide compliant, customer-centric engagements leveraging extensive scientific and clinical knowledge.
• Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to deliver a coordinated customer experience.
• Assess territory performance utilizing data, customer insights, and business analytics to enhance execution.
• Uphold integrity, compliance, and professionalism in all customer interactions.
• Complete necessary training and adhere to company policies as well as OEC/Legal procedures.
• Continuously enhance clinical, business, and leadership skills.
• Fulfill healthcare industry representative credentialing requirements for facility access.
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the pharma/biotech, medical device, or diagnostics sectors.
• Preference will be given to candidates with Oncology/Hematology experience.
• Strong competitive selling abilities.
• Capacity to operate effectively in a highly collaborative team setting.
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Demonstrated persistence and resilience with a solid track record in challenging environments.
• Possession of a personal vehicle or company car/truck.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening test and meet safe driving standards.
• Regular business travel by air or car is necessary.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Experience in Account Management across any industry.
• Background in Specialty Pharmacy.
• Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in patient interactions or consulting for healthcare companies.
• Leadership or people management experience is a plus.
• An MBA or other advanced degree is desirable.
• Ability to fulfill healthcare industry representative credentialing requirements, which may include background checks, drug screenings, and proof of immunization/vaccination.
• Candidates should reside within a reasonable distance from the primary city.
