This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Act as the strategic leader for the designated oncology territory.
• Enhance patient outcomes while supporting brand objectives and business goals for CLL and NHL oncology products.
• Create and implement a detailed territory business plan that aligns with brand strategy and meets local customer needs.
• Establish trustworthy relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders.
• Provide compliant, customer-centered engagements utilizing extensive scientific and clinical knowledge.
• Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to offer coordinated customer experiences.
• Assess territory performance through data analysis, customer insights, and business analytics to optimize execution.
• Uphold integrity, compliance, and professionalism in all customer interactions.
• Fulfill mandatory training requirements and comply with company policies and OEC/Legal procedures.
• Continuously enhance clinical, business, and leadership skills.
• Report directly to the Senior District Manager.
• Over 5 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech, medical device, or diagnostics sectors.
• Strong competitive selling abilities.
• Capability to thrive in a highly collaborative team environment.
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated persistence and resilience with a proven record of success in challenging settings.
• Personal vehicle or company car/truck is required.
• A valid driver’s license is necessary.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and meet safe driving criteria.
• Willingness to travel for business regularly by air or car.
• Must satisfy healthcare industry representative credentialing requirements, which may encompass background checks, drug screenings, and proof of immunization/vaccination.
• A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Experience in oncology, particularly in hematologic malignancies, is advantageous.
• Account management experience in any field is beneficial.
• Background in specialty pharmacy is a plus.
• Experience in the healthcare industry, especially involving patient interactions or consulting for healthcare companies, is preferred.
• Leadership experience, including people management, is desirable.
• An MBA or another advanced degree is a plus.
