This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
⢠Act as the strategic leader for the designated oncology territory.
⢠Create and implement a thorough territory business plan that aligns with brand strategy and addresses local customer needs.
⢠Establish trustworthy relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders.
⢠Provide compliant, customer-centric engagements leveraging extensive scientific and clinical knowledge.
⢠Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to ensure coordinated customer experiences.
⢠Assess territory performance utilizing data, customer insights, and business analytics to enhance execution.
⢠Uphold integrity, compliance, and professionalism in all customer interactions.
⢠Complete all required AbbVie training and comply with company policies and OEC/Legal procedures.
⢠Continuously enhance clinical, business, and leadership skills.
⢠Report directly to the Senior District Manager.
⢠Travel around 25% of the time.
⢠Over 5 years of sales experience in pharma/biotech, medical devices, or diagnostics.
⢠Strong competitive selling abilities.
⢠Capable of thriving in a highly collaborative team environment.
⢠Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
⢠Demonstrated persistence and resilience with a proven record of success in challenging environments.
⢠Possession of a personal vehicle or company car/truck.
⢠Valid driverās license required.
⢠Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and meet safe driving standards.
⢠Ability to fulfill healthcare industry representative credentialing requirements, which may involve background checks, drug screenings, and proof of immunization/vaccination.
⢠Willingness to travel regularly by air or car.
⢠Bachelor's degree is preferred.
⢠Experience in oncology, particularly with hematologic malignancies, is advantageous.
⢠Experience in account management across any industry.
⢠Familiarity with specialty pharmacy practices.
⢠Background in the healthcare industry, especially in patient interactions or consulting for healthcare companies.
⢠Leadership experience or people management skills are a plus.
⢠MBA or another advanced degree is preferred.
