This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Act as the strategic leader for CLL and NHL Oncology Products in the Phoenix South territory.
• Create and implement a thorough territory business plan that aligns with brand strategy and addresses local customer requirements.
• Establish trusted relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders.
• Provide compliant, customer-centric interactions by utilizing deep scientific and clinical knowledge.
• Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to ensure coordinated customer experiences.
• Assess territory performance leveraging data, customer insights, and business analytics to enhance execution.
• Uphold integrity, compliance, and professionalism in all customer engagements.
• Complete necessary training and adhere to company policies and OEC/Legal procedures.
• Continuously enhance clinical, business, and leadership skills.
• Report directly to the Senior District Manager.
• Travel around 25% of the time.
• Over 5 years of sales experience in pharma/biotech, medical devices, or diagnostics.
• Strong competitive selling abilities.
• Capability to thrive in a highly collaborative team setting.
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Persistence and resilience with a proven track record in challenging environments.
• Personal vehicle or company car or truck availability.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to successfully complete pre-employment drug screening and meet safe driving standards.
• Regular business travel by air or car may be necessary.
• Must fulfill healthcare industry representative credentialing requirements, which may include background checks, drug screenings, and proof of immunization/vaccination.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Experience in oncology, particularly with hematologic malignancies.
• Account Management experience in any sector.
• Familiarity with Specialty Pharmacy.
• Background in the healthcare industry is advantageous.
• Experience in people management or other leadership roles.
• MBA or other advanced degree is a plus.
