This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Act as the strategic leader for the designated Multiple Myeloma territory.
• Create and implement a territory business plan that aligns with brand strategy and meets local customer requirements.
• Cultivate trusted relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders.
• Provide compliant, customer-centric interactions utilizing scientific and clinical expertise.
• Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to ensure coordinated customer experiences.
• Assess territory performance utilizing data, customer insights, and business analytics.
• Enhance execution across the territory.
• Uphold integrity, compliance, and professionalism in all customer interactions.
• Complete necessary training and adhere to company policies and OEC/Legal procedures.
• Commit to continuous improvement in clinical, business, and leadership skills.
• Report directly to the Senior District Manager.
• Travel is expected to be approximately 25% of the time.
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
• Required experience in oncology/hematology; preference for Multiple Myeloma background.
• Strong competitive selling abilities.
• Capability to thrive in a highly collaborative team environment.
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated persistence and resilience with a proven record in challenging situations.
• Access to a personal vehicle or a company car/truck.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening and meet safe driving standards.
• Regular business travel by air or car is required.
• Capability to fulfill healthcare industry representative credentialing requirements, which may include background checks, drug screenings, and proof of immunization/vaccination.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Experience in Account Management is preferred.
• Specialty Pharmacy experience is preferred.
• Background in the healthcare industry is preferred.
• Prior people management or leadership experience is preferred.
• An MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.
