šŸ“‹ Description

• Formulate and implement a detailed territory business strategy that aligns with brand objectives and addresses local customer requirements.

• Cultivate strong relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders.

• Provide compliant, customer-centric interactions utilizing extensive scientific and clinical knowledge.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.

• Assess territory performance through data analysis, customer insights, and business analytics to enhance execution.

• Uphold integrity, compliance, and professionalism in all customer interactions.

• Complete mandatory AbbVie training and adhere to company policies as well as OEC/Legal protocols.

• Engage in ongoing development of clinical, business, and leadership skills.

• Act as the strategic leader for the Indianapolis territory, reporting to the Senior District Manager.

• Promote Multiple Myeloma brand objectives and business targets.

• Travel around 25% of the time.


ā›³ļø Requirements

• Over 5 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.

• Experience in oncology/hematology is essential; familiarity with Multiple Myeloma is preferred.

• Capability to assume larger roles more swiftly than peers.

• Strong competitive selling abilities.

• Aptitude for functioning in a highly collaborative team setting.

• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.

• Tenacity and resilience with a proven history of success in challenging situations.

• Personal vehicle or access to a company car/truck.

• A valid driver’s license.

• Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening and comply with safe driving standards.

• Eligibility to meet healthcare industry representative credentialing criteria, including potential background checks, drug screenings, and proof of immunization/vaccination.

• Willingness to travel regularly by air or car.

• Bachelor's degree is preferred.

• Experience in account management is a plus.

• Specialty pharmacy experience is advantageous.

• Background in the healthcare industry is preferred.

• Leadership experience or people management skills are favorable.

• An MBA or another advanced degree is preferred.
