This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
⢠Formulate and implement a detailed territory business strategy that aligns with brand objectives and addresses local customer requirements.
⢠Cultivate strong relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders.
⢠Provide compliant, customer-centric interactions utilizing extensive scientific and clinical knowledge.
⢠Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
⢠Assess territory performance through data analysis, customer insights, and business analytics to enhance execution.
⢠Uphold integrity, compliance, and professionalism in all customer interactions.
⢠Complete mandatory AbbVie training and adhere to company policies as well as OEC/Legal protocols.
⢠Engage in ongoing development of clinical, business, and leadership skills.
⢠Act as the strategic leader for the Indianapolis territory, reporting to the Senior District Manager.
⢠Promote Multiple Myeloma brand objectives and business targets.
⢠Travel around 25% of the time.
⢠Over 5 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
⢠Experience in oncology/hematology is essential; familiarity with Multiple Myeloma is preferred.
⢠Capability to assume larger roles more swiftly than peers.
⢠Strong competitive selling abilities.
⢠Aptitude for functioning in a highly collaborative team setting.
⢠Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
⢠Tenacity and resilience with a proven history of success in challenging situations.
⢠Personal vehicle or access to a company car/truck.
⢠A valid driverās license.
⢠Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening and comply with safe driving standards.
⢠Eligibility to meet healthcare industry representative credentialing criteria, including potential background checks, drug screenings, and proof of immunization/vaccination.
⢠Willingness to travel regularly by air or car.
⢠Bachelor's degree is preferred.
⢠Experience in account management is a plus.
⢠Specialty pharmacy experience is advantageous.
⢠Background in the healthcare industry is preferred.
⢠Leadership experience or people management skills are favorable.
⢠An MBA or another advanced degree is preferred.
