This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Act as the strategic leader for the Indianapolis, IN region.
β’ Create and implement a detailed territory business plan that aligns with brand strategy and caters to local customer needs.
β’ Establish reliable relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders.
β’ Provide compliant, customer-centric interactions utilizing extensive scientific and clinical knowledge.
β’ Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to ensure cohesive customer experiences.
β’ Assess territory performance through data analysis, customer insights, and business metrics to enhance execution.
β’ Uphold integrity, compliance, and professionalism in all customer interactions.
β’ Complete mandatory training and comply with company policies and OEC/Legal procedures.
β’ Continuously enhance clinical, business, and leadership skills.
β’ Report directly to the Senior District Manager.
β’ Support brand goals and business objectives for CLL and NHL Oncology Products.
β’ Travel about 25% of the time.
β’ Over 5 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech, medical device, or diagnostics sectors.
β’ Strong competitive selling abilities.
β’ Capability to thrive in a highly collaborative team setting.
β’ Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
β’ Resilience and determination with a proven history of success in challenging environments.
β’ Personal vehicle or company car/truck required.
β’ Valid driverβs license needed.
β’ Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and meet safe driving standards.
β’ Ability to fulfill healthcare industry representative credentialing requirements, which may involve background checks, drug screenings, and proof of immunization/vaccination.
β’ Regular business travel by air or vehicle is necessary.
β’ A bachelor's degree is preferred.
β’ Experience in oncology, ideally in hematologic malignancies.
β’ Account Management experience across any industry.
β’ Experience with Specialty Pharmacy.
β’ Background in the healthcare industry.
β’ Experience in people management or other leadership roles.
β’ An MBA or another advanced degree is a plus.
