This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the strategic leader for AbbVie’s Multiple Myeloma business within the designated Indianapolis territory.
• Create and implement a thorough territory business plan that aligns with both brand strategy and local customer requirements.
• Foster trusted relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders.
• Provide compliant, customer-oriented engagements utilizing extensive scientific and clinical knowledge.
• Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Analyze territory performance through data, customer insights, and business analytics to enhance execution.
• Uphold integrity, compliance, and professionalism in all customer interactions.
• Complete necessary AbbVie training and comply with company policies as well as OEC/Legal procedures.
• Continually advance clinical, business, and leadership skills.
• Report directly to the Senior District Manager.
• Over 5 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech, medical device, or diagnostics sectors.
• Experience in oncology, ideally in Multiple Myeloma.
• Proven track record of achieving outstanding results through disciplined execution, accountability, and ownership.
• Strong competitive selling abilities.
• Capacity to thrive in a highly collaborative team environment.
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Persistence and resilience with a notable history of success in challenging situations.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Experience in Account Management in any field.
• Familiarity with Specialty Pharmacy.
• Background in the healthcare industry, particularly in roles involving patient interaction or consulting for healthcare firms.
• Experience in people management or other leadership roles.
• An MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and the ability to meet safe driving standards.
• Capability to pass a pre-employment drug screening test.
• Ability to fulfill healthcare industry representative credentialing requirements, which may involve background checks, drug screens, and proof of immunization/vaccination.
• Willingness and capacity for regular travel by air or car.
