
Clinical Account Executive, Multiple Myeloma

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Act as the strategic leader for the Columbus, OH region, focusing on the objectives and business goals of the Multiple Myeloma brand.
• Create and implement a detailed business plan for the territory that aligns with brand strategy and addresses local customer requirements.
• Establish and nurture trusted relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders.
• Conduct compliant, customer-centric engagements utilizing extensive scientific and clinical knowledge.
• Collaborate with cross-functional team members to provide a unified customer experience.
• Assess territory performance through data analysis, customer insights, and business analytics to enhance execution.
• Uphold integrity, compliance, and professionalism in all customer interactions.
• Complete mandatory training and comply with company policies as well as OEC/Legal procedures.
• Continuously enhance clinical, business, and leadership skills.
• Report directly to the Senior District Manager.
• Expect to travel around 25% of the time.
• A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech sector.
• Required experience in oncology/hematology, ideally in Multiple Myeloma.
• Preferred experience in Multiple Myeloma or hematologic malignancies.
• Strong competitive selling abilities.

• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated persistence and resilience with a successful history in challenging environments.
• Access to a personal vehicle or company car/truck.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and meet safe driving standards.
• Ability to fulfill healthcare industry representative credentialing requirements, which may include background checks, drug screens, and proof of immunization/vaccination.
• Regular business travel by air or car is expected.
• Experience in account management is preferred.
• Preferred experience with specialty pharmacy.
• Background in the healthcare industry is preferred.
• Leadership experience in people management or similar roles is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• An MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.
