This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.
• Develop and implement a thorough territory business strategy that aligns with brand objectives and local customer demands.
• Establish trusted relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders.
• Conduct compliant, customer-centered interactions utilizing extensive scientific and clinical knowledge.
• Collaborate with cross-functional team members to provide a cohesive customer experience.
• Assess territory performance through data, customer feedback, and business analytics to enhance execution.
• Uphold integrity, compliance, and professionalism in all customer engagements.
• Complete necessary training and comply with company policies as well as OEC/Legal protocols.
• Continuously enhance clinical, business, and leadership skills.
• Act as the strategic leader for the territory and promote Multiple Myeloma brand objectives and business initiatives.
• Report to the Senior District Manager.
• Over 5 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
• Experience in oncology/hematology is essential; expertise in Multiple Myeloma is preferred.
• Strong competitive selling abilities.
• Capability to operate effectively within a highly collaborative team setting.
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving competencies.
• Demonstrated persistence and resilience with a proven success record in challenging situations.
• Personal vehicle or access to a company car/truck.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and fulfill safe driving criteria.
• Ability to meet healthcare industry representative credentialing standards, which may include background checks, drug screenings, and proof of immunizations/vaccinations.
• Willingness to travel for business via air or car regularly.
• A bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Experience in Account Management is preferred.
• Familiarity with Specialty Pharmacy is preferred.
• Background in the healthcare industry is preferred.
• Experience in people management or other leadership roles is preferred.
• An MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.
