This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.
• Act as the strategic leader for the designated territory and report directly to the Senior District Manager.
• Propel the objectives and business goals for the Multiple Myeloma brand.
• Create and implement a detailed territory business plan that aligns with brand strategy and meets local customer requirements.
• Establish trustworthy relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders.
• Provide compliant, customer-centric engagements by leveraging deep scientific and clinical knowledge.
• Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to ensure cohesive customer experiences.
• Assess territory performance through the use of data, customer insights, and business analytics to enhance execution.
• Uphold integrity, compliance, and professionalism in all customer interactions.
• Complete all necessary training and adhere to company policies and OEC/Legal procedures.
• Continuously enhance clinical, business, and leadership skills.
• Over 5 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
• Required experience in oncology/hematology, preferably in Multiple Myeloma.
• Strong competitive selling abilities.
• Capacity to thrive in a highly collaborative team environment.
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated persistence and resilience with a proven record of success in challenging settings.
• Personal vehicle or company car/truck availability.
• Possession of a valid driver's license.
• Capability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and meet safe driving standards.
• Ability to fulfill healthcare industry representative credentialing requirements, including potential background checks, drug screenings, and proof of immunization/vaccination.
• Willingness to travel regularly by air or car.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Experience in account management across any industry is preferred.
• Specialty pharmacy experience is preferred.
• Background in the healthcare industry is preferred.
• People management or other leadership experience is preferred.
• An MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.
