This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.
• Act as the strategic authority for the designated Multiple Myeloma territory.
• Formulate and implement a detailed territory business plan that aligns with brand strategy and addresses local customer requirements.
• Establish reliable relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders.
• Provide compliant, customer-centric interactions utilizing scientific and clinical knowledge.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive customer experiences.
• Assess territory performance through data, customer insights, and business analytics.
• Enhance execution and maximize sustainable business impact.
• Uphold integrity, compliance, and professionalism in all customer dealings.
• Complete necessary AbbVie training and adhere to company policies and OEC/Legal protocols.
• Engage in continuous development of clinical, business, and leadership skills.
• Report directly to the Senior District Manager.
• Over 5 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
• Experience in oncology/hematology is mandatory; familiarity with Multiple Myeloma is preferred.
• Strong competitive selling abilities.
• Capability to thrive in a highly collaborative team setting.
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated perseverance and resilience with a solid record in demanding environments.
• Personal vehicle or access to a company car/truck.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and meet safe driving standards.
• Must fulfill healthcare industry representative credentialing requirements, which may involve background checks, drug screenings, and proof of immunizations/vaccinations.
• Willingness and capability to travel frequently by air or vehicle.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Experience in Account Management is advantageous.
• Specialty Pharmacy experience is a plus.
• Prior experience in the healthcare industry is preferred.
• Experience in people management or leadership roles is desirable.
• An MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.
