
Clinical Account Executive, Multiple Myeloma

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Formulate and implement a detailed business plan for the territory that aligns with brand strategy and addresses local customer requirements.
• Establish trusted relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders.
• Provide compliant, customer-centric interactions leveraging profound scientific and clinical knowledge.
• Collaborate with cross-functional team members to ensure seamless customer experiences.
• Assess territory performance by utilizing data, customer insights, and business analytics to enhance execution.
• Uphold integrity, compliance, and professionalism in all customer interactions.
• Complete necessary training and adhere to company policies as well as OEC/Legal procedures.
• Engage in continuous development of clinical, business, and leadership skills.
• Act as the strategic leader for the territory, advancing the objectives and business goals of the Multiple Myeloma brand.
• Report directly to the Senior District Manager.
• A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology sector.
• Experience in oncology/hematology is mandatory; familiarity with Multiple Myeloma is preferred.
• Strong competitive selling abilities.
• Capable of thriving in a highly collaborative team atmosphere.
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrates persistence and resilience with a proven record of success in demanding environments.
• Possession of a personal vehicle or company car/truck.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening test and fulfill safe driving criteria.
• Willingness to travel regularly by air or vehicle.
• Ability to meet healthcare industry representative credentialing standards, which may include background checks, drug screenings, and proof of immunization/vaccination.
• A bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Experience in account management is preferred.
• Experience with specialty pharmacies is preferred.
• Background in the healthcare industry is preferred.
• Leadership experience or people management skills are preferred.
• An MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.
