πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Act as the strategic leader for the designated territory in the Fresno area.

β€’ Create and implement a comprehensive business plan for the territory that aligns with brand strategy and addresses local customer needs.

β€’ Establish trustworthy relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders.

β€’ Facilitate compliant, customer-centric interactions by utilizing extensive scientific and clinical knowledge.

β€’ Collaborate with cross-functional team members to provide cohesive customer experiences.

β€’ Assess territory performance through data analysis, customer insights, and business analytics to enhance execution.

β€’ Uphold the highest standards of integrity, compliance, and professionalism in all customer engagements.

β€’ Complete mandatory training and comply with company policies as well as OEC/Legal procedures.

β€’ Commit to continuous development of clinical, business, and leadership skills.

β€’ Promote the objectives and business goals of the Multiple Myeloma brand.

β€’ Travel is required approximately 25% of the time.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology sector.

β€’ Experience in oncology/hematology is essential, preferably with a focus on Multiple Myeloma.

β€’ Strong competitive selling abilities.

β€’ Capacity to thrive in a highly collaborative team environment.

β€’ Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

β€’ Tenacity and resilience with a proven history of success in challenging circumstances.

β€’ Personal vehicle or company vehicle required for transportation.

β€’ A valid driver's license is necessary.

β€’ Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and fulfill safe driving criteria.

β€’ Willingness to travel regularly by air or vehicle.

β€’ Capable of meeting healthcare industry representative credentialing standards, which may include background checks, drug screenings, and proof of immunization/vaccination.

β€’ A bachelor's degree is preferred.

β€’ Experience in account management in any industry is an advantage.

β€’ Specialty pharmacy experience is a plus.

β€’ Background in the healthcare industry, particularly working with patients or advising healthcare companies, is preferred.

β€’ Management of people or other leadership experience is desirable.

β€’ An MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.
