This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Act as the strategic leader for the Phoenix South, AZ region.
• Create and implement a detailed business plan for the territory that aligns with brand strategy and local customer requirements.
• Establish reliable relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders.
• Provide compliant and customer-centric interactions utilizing extensive scientific and clinical knowledge.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive customer experiences.
• Assess territory performance through data analysis, customer insights, and business analytics to enhance execution.
• Uphold integrity, compliance, and professionalism in all customer interactions.
• Complete mandatory AbbVie training and adhere to company policies as well as OEC/Legal procedures.
• Commit to continuous development in clinical, business, and leadership skills.
• Report directly to the Senior District Manager.
• Travel regularly by air or car, approximately 25% of the time.
• Over 5 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
• Experience in oncology/hematology is required; familiarity with Multiple Myeloma is preferred.

• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated persistence and resilience with a proven success record in challenging situations.
• Capability to drive a personal auto or company vehicle.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and meet safe driving standards.
• Regular business travel by air or car is required.
• Must meet healthcare industry representative credentialing standards, which may include background checks, drug screenings, and proof of immunization/vaccination.
• A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Experience in account management is preferred.
• Specialty pharmacy experience is preferred.
• Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred, particularly in patient interaction or healthcare consulting.
• Leadership or people management experience is preferred.
• An MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.
