
Clinical Account Executive, Multiple Myeloma

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Act as the strategic leader for the Multiple Myeloma territory in Phoenix South, Arizona.
• Formulate and implement a detailed territory business plan that aligns with brand strategy and local customer requirements.
• Establish trusted relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders.
• Provide compliant, customer-centric engagements leveraging extensive scientific and clinical knowledge.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure coordinated customer experiences.
• Assess territory performance utilizing data, customer insights, and business analytics to enhance execution.
• Uphold high standards of integrity, compliance, and professionalism in all customer interactions.
• Complete necessary AbbVie training and adhere to company policies and OEC/Legal protocols.
• Continuously enhance clinical, business, and leadership skills.
• Report directly to the Senior District Manager.
• Travel is expected to be around 25% of the time.
• A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
• Experience in oncology/hematology is essential, ideally with a focus on Multiple Myeloma.
• Strong competitive selling skills.
• Capacity to work effectively within a highly collaborative team setting.
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrated persistence and resilience with a proven history of achieving success in demanding environments.
• Must possess a personal vehicle or company vehicle and a valid driver's license.
• Ability to successfully pass pre-employment drug screening and comply with safe driving standards.
• Must meet healthcare industry representative credentialing requirements, which may include background checks, drug screenings, and proof of immunizations/vaccinations.
• Willingness to travel regularly by air or car.
• A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Preferred experience includes account management, specialty pharmacy, healthcare industry, and leadership or people management roles.
• An MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.
