
Clinical Account Executive, Multiple Myeloma

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Act as the strategic leader for the clinical account territory in Phoenix South.
• Create and implement a comprehensive business plan for the territory that aligns with brand strategy and meets local customer needs.
• Establish trustworthy relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders.
• Provide compliant, customer-centric interactions utilizing extensive scientific and clinical knowledge.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive customer experiences.
• Assess territory performance through data analysis, customer insights, and business analytics to enhance execution.
• Uphold integrity, compliance, and professionalism in all customer interactions.
• Complete all necessary AbbVie training and adhere to company policies as well as OEC/Legal procedures.
• Continually enhance clinical, business, and leadership skills.
• Promote the objectives and business goals of the Multiple Myeloma brand.
• Travel is expected to be approximately 25% of the time.
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
• Experience in oncology/hematology is required; experience in Multiple Myeloma is preferred.
• Strong competitive selling abilities.
• Capability to thrive in a highly collaborative team setting.
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated persistence and resilience with a history of success in challenging situations.
• Personal vehicle, company car, or truck required.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening and meet safe driving criteria.
• Willingness to travel regularly by air or car.
• Must meet healthcare industry representative credentialing requirements, which may include background checks, drug screenings, and proof of immunization/vaccination.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Experience in Account Management is preferred.
• Background in Specialty Pharmacy is preferred.
• Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred.
• Leadership experience or people management is preferred.
• An MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.
