This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Act as the strategic leader for the Seattle South region.
• Create and implement a thorough business plan for the territory that aligns with brand strategy and meets local customer needs.
• Foster trusted relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders.
• Provide compliant, customer-centric interactions utilizing extensive scientific and clinical knowledge.
• Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to ensure coordinated customer experiences.
• Assess territory performance using data, customer insights, and business analytics to enhance execution.
• Uphold integrity, compliance, and professionalism in all customer interactions.
• Complete all mandatory training and comply with company policies and OEC/Legal procedures.
• Continually enhance clinical, business, and leadership skills.
• Improve patient outcomes, further AbbVie’s mission, and support brand objectives and business goals for CLL and NHL oncology products.
• Report to the Senior District Manager.
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in pharma/biotech, medical devices, or diagnostics.
• Strong competitive selling abilities.
• Capability to thrive in a highly collaborative team setting.
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated persistence and resilience with a proven record of success in challenging situations.
• Access to personal or company vehicle.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and meet safe driving standards.
• Willingness to travel for business by air or car.
• Ability to fulfill healthcare industry representative credentialing requirements, which may include background checks, drug screenings, and proof of immunization/vaccination.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Preferred experience in oncology, particularly in hematologic malignancies.
• Experience in account management across any industry.
• Familiarity with specialty pharmacy.
• Background in the healthcare industry, particularly in patient interaction or consulting for healthcare companies.
• Experience in people management or other leadership roles.
• MBA or another advanced degree is preferred.
