This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Act as the strategic leader for the Seattle South territory.
• Create and implement a thorough territory business plan that aligns with brand strategy and meets local customer requirements.
• Foster trusted relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders.
• Conduct compliant, customer-centric interactions leveraging extensive scientific and clinical knowledge.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide integrated customer experiences.
• Assess territory performance by analyzing data, customer insights, and business analytics to enhance execution.
• Uphold integrity, compliance, and professionalism in all customer engagements.
• Complete necessary training and adhere to company policies as well as OEC/Legal protocols.
• Continuously enhance clinical, business, and leadership skills.
• Support brand goals and business objectives for CLL and NHL oncology products.
• Responsibly allocate resources and work together across the oncology ecosystem to enhance patient outcomes.
• Over 5 years of sales experience in pharma/biotech, medical devices, or diagnostics.
• A strong desire and capability to advance into larger roles more quickly than peers.
• Proven competitive selling abilities.
• Capacity to thrive in a highly collaborative team setting.
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated persistence and resilience with a successful track record in challenging environments.
• Access to a personal vehicle or company-provided car/truck.
• A valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and adhere to safe driving standards.
• Willingness to travel for business by air or car regularly.
• Capability to meet healthcare industry representative credentialing requirements, which may include background checks, drug screenings, and proof of immunizations/vaccinations.
• Experience in oncology, particularly in hematologic malignancies (preferred).
• A Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• Experience in account management across any industry (preferred).
• Familiarity with specialty pharmacy (preferred).
• Background in the healthcare industry, particularly in patient interactions or consulting for healthcare companies (preferred).
• Experience in people management or other leadership roles (preferred).
• An MBA or another advanced degree (preferred).
