This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.
• Act as the strategic leader for the designated territory
• Create and implement a thorough territory business plan that aligns with brand strategy and addresses local customer requirements
• Cultivate trustworthy relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders
• Provide compliant, customer-centric interactions utilizing extensive scientific and clinical knowledge
• Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to ensure coordinated customer experiences
• Assess territory performance leveraging data, customer insights, and business analytics to enhance execution
• Uphold the highest levels of integrity, compliance, and professionalism during customer engagements
• Complete all necessary AbbVie training and adhere to company policies and OEC/Legal procedures
• Continuously enhance clinical, business, and leadership skills
• Support brand objectives and business goals for CLL and NHL Oncology Products
• Allocate resources judiciously and work collaboratively across the oncology ecosystem to generate long-term value for patients, customers, and AbbVie
• A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in pharma/biotech, medical devices, or diagnostics
• Proven track record of achieving outstanding results through disciplined execution, accountability, and ownership
• Strong competitive selling abilities
• Capability to thrive in a highly collaborative team setting
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated persistence and resilience with a solid history of success in challenging environments
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a personal or company vehicle
• Capability to clear a pre-employment drug screening test and comply with safe driving standards
• Frequent business travel by air or car is required
• Must meet healthcare industry representative credentialing requirements, which may involve background checks, drug screenings, and proof of immunization/vaccination
• Experience in oncology, particularly with hematologic malignancies (preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• Account Management experience in any field (preferred)
• Experience with Specialty Pharmacy (preferred)
• Background in the healthcare industry, especially working with patients or consulting for healthcare companies (preferred)
• Leadership experience or people management (preferred)
• MBA or another advanced degree (preferred)
