This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive business plan for the territory that aligns with the brand strategy and caters to local customer needs.
• Establish trustworthy relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders.
• Provide compliant, customer-centric engagements by utilizing extensive scientific and clinical knowledge.
• Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to ensure a coordinated customer experience.
• Assess territory performance through data analysis, customer insights, and business analytics to enhance execution.
• Uphold integrity, compliance, and professionalism in all customer interactions.
• Complete mandatory training and comply with company policies and OEC/Legal procedures.
• Continuously enhance clinical, business, and leadership skills.
• Act as the strategic leader for the Detroit oncology territory, focusing on CLL and NHL oncology products.
• Report directly to the Senior District Manager.
• A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in pharma/biotech, medical devices, or diagnostics.
• Strong competitive selling skills.
• Ability to thrive in a highly collaborative team setting.
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrated persistence and determination with a proven history of success in challenging environments.
• Personal vehicle or company car/truck for transportation.
• A valid driver’s license.
• Capability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and meet safe driving standards.
• Regular business travel by air or car is required.
• Ability to fulfill healthcare industry representative credentialing requirements, which may involve background checks, drug screenings, and proof of immunization/vaccination.
• Experience in oncology, particularly in hematologic malignancies (preferred).
• A bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Experience in account management is preferred.
• Specialty pharmacy experience is preferred.
• Background in the healthcare industry, especially working with patients or consulting healthcare companies (preferred).
• Experience in people management or other leadership roles (preferred).
• An MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.
