This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Create and implement a thorough business plan for the territory that aligns with brand strategy and caters to local customer requirements.
• Establish trustworthy relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key stakeholders in accounts.
• Provide compliant and customer-centric interactions by utilizing extensive scientific and clinical knowledge.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Assess territory performance by leveraging data, customer insights, and business analytics to enhance execution.
• Uphold integrity, compliance, and professionalism during customer engagements.
• Complete necessary training and follow company guidelines along with OEC/Legal protocols.
• Continuously enhance clinical, business, and leadership skills.
• Act as the strategic leader for the territory, aiming to improve patient outcomes and support objectives related to CLL and NHL oncology products.
• Report directly to the Senior District Manager.
• Travel is expected to be around 25% of the time.
• A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech, medical device, or diagnostics sectors.
• Strong competitive selling abilities.

• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Tenacity and resilience with a proven history of success in demanding environments.
• Access to a personal vehicle or company car/truck.
• A valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and fulfill safe driving criteria.
• Willingness to travel for business by air or car.
• Capacity to meet healthcare industry representative credentialing standards, which may include background checks, drug screenings, and proof of immunization/vaccination.
• Experience in oncology, particularly in hematologic malignancies (preferred).
• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Background in Account Management across any industry is preferred.
• Experience with Specialty Pharmacy is preferred.
• Familiarity with the healthcare industry, especially in patient interactions or consulting for healthcare companies, is preferred.
• Experience in people management or other leadership roles is preferred.
• An MBA or another advanced degree is preferred.
