This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Collaborate with the Clinical Account Executive to devise strategies for acquiring and retaining both new and existing clients.
• Work alongside sales teams to achieve the company's goals and objectives.
• Recognize opportunities with current customers for Tempus algorithmic tests and additional offerings.
• Partner on upsell initiatives across various products.
• Propel customer engagement with online ordering via Tempus Hub and EMR integrations.
• Identify and cultivate partnership prospects between potential oncology clients and Tempus.
• Advocate for adherence to web-based molecular information tools.
• Evaluate the competitive landscape and account environment; relay customer insights to leadership.
• Track sales performance in relation to objectives.
• Create and execute a thorough territory business plan encompassing budgets, travel, territory management, and objectives.
• Represent Tempus’s company culture to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Establish and nurture relationships with physicians, office personnel, and pathology departments.
• Maintain regular communication with targeted accounts.
• Facilitate Medical Affairs report reviews with physicians.
• Replenish order kits and literature at client locations.
• Identify and participate in approved local conferences.
• Collect necessary clinical data and progress notes for patients tested by Tempus.
• Candidates must reside within the Dallas territory.
• Ability to swiftly grasp pertinent genomic and oncology information.
• Capability to work autonomously, communicate proactively, manage multiple projects, prioritize daily tasks, and meet critical deadlines.
• Strong knowledge of the market, customers, and products to support sales targets.
• Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to connect with healthcare professionals.
• A positive attitude with an understanding of organizational growth and change.
• Strong administrative capabilities and the sophistication to navigate complex business environments.
• Demonstrate integrity, respect, and trustworthiness.
• Willingness to travel within the territory as needed.
• A B.S. degree in biology, life sciences, business, or marketing.
• Bonus: Experience in sales support within healthcare, preferably oncology or pathology, with a proven record of meeting or exceeding expectations, or general clinical experience.
