This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +8 more states.
• Create InMarket media plans and strategic recommendations that align client objectives with audiences, moments, channels, budgets, and flighting.
• Develop client-facing proposals, one-pagers, category points of view, and strategy presentations.
• Monitor consumer behaviors, media channels, technologies, and competitor activities impacting client categories.
• Lead strategic responses to requests for proposals (RFPs) and briefs in collaboration with the Sales team.
• Co-present plans and strategic justifications during client meetings and calls.
• Utilize campaign performance to guide future planning and account investments.
• Provide guidance to Sales, Marketing, and Product teams on positioning InMarket's activation capabilities.
• Convert complex data into engaging narratives and actionable insights.
• Collaborate with Account Management, Ad Operations, and Data Insights Analysts for campaign interpretation.
• Deliver recommendations and results to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to Quarterly Business Reviews and identify opportunities for account growth.
• Employ AI tools for research, data synthesis, competitive analysis, plan drafting, and client deliverables.
• Develop reusable AI skills, templates, and efficient workflows.
• Actively enhance processes, templates, and the quality of outputs.
• 3-5+ years of experience in media planning, brand or agency strategy, insights, client success, and/or account management; media planning experience is highly preferred.
• Proficient in quantitative analysis with a data-driven mindset for decision-making.
• Ability to think strategically beyond the obvious.
• Advanced proficiency in AI, including the creation of skills, prompts, and workflows.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the capacity to collaborate across various functions and levels.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including experience presenting to clients.
• High proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with Looker or similar data visualization tools.
• Must be eligible to work for any employer in the U.S.; visa sponsorship is not available.
