This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma, +2 more states.
• Take ownership and manage a portfolio of essential key accounts, ensuring accountability for both retention and growth.
• Identify risks associated with accounts and address any performance discrepancies.
• Sustain and enhance revenue streams through effective account management.
• Promote the upsell of Labcorp Oncology and Invitae HerCan portfolios within existing accounts.
• Increase the adoption of hereditary cancer testing among suitable patient populations and healthcare providers.
• Enhance utilization of oncology diagnostics by pinpointing clinical and operational needs.
• Formulate and implement account plans aimed at maximizing volumes of oncology and hereditary cancer testing.
• Analyze ordering habits, provider behaviors, and utilization trends to uncover expansion possibilities.
• Act as the main point of contact for health systems, oncologists, surgeons, genetic counselors, and practice administrators.
• Cultivate relationships across both clinical and operational teams.
• Conduct business reviews centered on performance, utilization, and optimization of care delivery.
• Spearhead the implementation and expansion of oncology and hereditary cancer solutions within current accounts.
• Ensure seamless integration into clinical workflows.
• Collaborate across functions to address issues and enhance account performance.
• Promote appropriate testing utilization in alignment with clinical guidelines and patient demographics.
• Reinforce the value of the portfolio through provider education, data insights, and alignment of workflows.
• Work alongside Specialty Development Executives to facilitate expansion opportunities.
• Coordinate engagement across various roles and align account strategies.
• Collaborate with the National Accounts team on broader enterprise strategies and system-wide initiatives.
• Implement local strategies to address health system priorities.
• Manage, retain, and expand assigned key accounts.
• Enhance retention, share of wallet, customer satisfaction, and sustained revenue growth.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare account management, client success, or a similar client-facing role.
• Proven track record of retaining and growing existing accounts.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Knowledge of hereditary cancer testing and oncology care workflows.
• Demonstrated success in driving upsell and utilization within complex health systems.
• Strong analytical skills to convert data into actionable insights.
• Strategic account management focus on retention and expansion.
• In-depth understanding of oncology and hereditary cancer testing portfolios.
• Capability to influence provider behavior and drive adoption.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Data-driven decision-making abilities.
• Strong executive presentation skills, presence, and business acumen.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%, possessing a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in oncology, genetics, diagnostics, or laboratory services preferred.
