This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +3 more states.
• Take ownership of a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring both retention and growth.
• Recognize account risks and tackle performance deficiencies.
• Sustain and enhance revenue through effective account management.
• Promote upselling of Labcorp Oncology and Invitae HerCan offerings within existing accounts.
• Increase the adoption of hereditary cancer testing among suitable patients and healthcare providers.
• Boost the utilization of oncology diagnostics by pinpointing clinical and operational needs.
• Create and implement account strategies to optimize the volume of oncology and hereditary cancer testing.
• Examine ordering patterns, provider behaviors, and utilization trends to uncover opportunities for expansion.
• Act as the primary liaison for health systems, oncologists, surgeons, genetic counselors, and practice administrators.
• Cultivate relationships across clinical and operational teams.
• Conduct business reviews concentrating on performance, utilization, and care-delivery optimization.
• Spearhead the implementation and growth of oncology and hereditary cancer solutions within accounts.
• Guarantee integration into clinical workflows and sustained usage.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to address issues and enhance account performance.
• Reinforce the value of the portfolio through provider education, data insights, and workflow alignment.
• Work alongside Specialty Development Executives to facilitate expansion opportunities.
• Coordinate account strategy across various roles.
• Partner with the National Accounts team on enterprise strategies and system-wide initiatives.
• Execute locally to align with broader health-system priorities.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare account management, client success, or a similar client-facing role.
• At least 3 years of experience in sales support or sales.
• Demonstrated ability to retain and grow existing accounts.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Knowledge of hereditary cancer testing and oncology care workflows.
• Proven success in driving upsell and utilization within intricate health systems.
• Strong analytical abilities to convert data into actionable insights.
• Strategic account management with a focus on retention and growth.
• Comprehensive understanding of oncology and hereditary cancer testing portfolios.
• Capability to influence provider behavior and encourage adoption.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Data-driven decision-making skills.
• Proficient in executive presentation skills, presence, and business acumen.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree.
• Preferred: 3 years of relevant experience in oncology, genetics, diagnostics, or laboratory services.
