Client Sales Specialist – Inside Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho.

📋 Description

• Develop, oversee, and manage the sales pipeline.

• Foster and expand relationships with both new and existing clients through exceptional customer service.

• Propel new account growth through effective prospecting, sourcing, and account penetration strategies.

• Utilize Salesforce for client prospecting and managing the sales pipeline.

• Navigate the TMS to handle account management, invoicing, and shipment tracking.

• Generate leads, with a focus on extensive cold-calling efforts.

• Maintain and manage accounts, ensuring retention of existing relationships while increasing share of business.

• Identify potential business opportunities for the company's services.

• Prepare quotations and sales proposals.

• Handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a sense of urgency.

• Ensure accurate information is maintained and updated in company operating systems.

• At least one year of experience in Logistics Brokerage.

• Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
