• Initiate outbound communications via calls, emails, and messages to connect with prospective clients

• Quickly address inbound inquiries and deliver clear, helpful information

• Assess client needs through engaging conversations and attentive listening

• Showcase Nuvant’s service offerings and suggest appropriate next steps

• Arrange follow-up meetings or link clients with specialized team members

• Keep meticulous and accurate records of client interactions within the CRM system

• Professional and friendly communicator who enjoys engaging with clients

• Highly organized and dependable in a remote work setting

• Excellent listening skills with a client-centered approach

• Previous experience in sales, coordination, or customer support roles is advantageous
