This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate closely with Client Success Managers, Recruiters, and Recruiting Management to enhance internal communication across departments.
• Coordinate with the Recruiting and Client Success teams to assess staffing requirements and position specifications.
• Evaluate job openings received from designated client facilities.
• Communicate job opening details to the recruiting team via emails, verbal discussions, or the job openings report.
• Act as the primary support for Client Success Managers.
• Provide direct supervision of departmental Teams Channels.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for account-type portal systems, if applicable.
• Collaborate with Recruiting Managers to facilitate offer execution within 48 hours.
• Assist in maintaining the accuracy and management of the CRM system for assigned accounts.
• Help process candidate submissions.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
• High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
• A minimum of two (2) years of customer service or sales experience is necessary.
• Proven history of exceeding expectations with trustaff is required.
• Consistent record of mentoring and demonstrating leadership abilities is essential.
• A four (4) year degree in business or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in the healthcare or staffing sector is preferred.

• Capability to work effectively within a team environment and address service issues with integrity, skill, and courtesy.
• Ability to effectively communicate and interact with colleagues and the public via telephone, email, video conferencing, and face-to-face contact.
• Manual dexterity, visual acuity, and auditory ability to operate office-related equipment are required.
• Ability to remain seated for extended periods at a keyboard and workstation.
• Capability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.
