Client Relationship Manager, Senior Accountant – CPA, EA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and manage a dedicated portfolio of 30 to 40 clients.

• Act as the main point of contact for clients through email, Zoom, and phone communications.

• Conduct quarterly meetings with clients to review their financial statements and offer strategic insights.

• Supervise general ledger activities and prepare financial statements.

• Carry out extensive account reconciliations to guarantee technical precision.

• Streamline the tax compliance process by preparing returns and delivering accurate financials to the tax department.

• Review transactional processes and ensure that monthly accounting tasks are completed on time.

• Provide services in accounting, advisory, tax preparation, and bookkeeping support.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of accounting experience in a CPA firm is essential.

• Possession of a CPA or actively pursuing CPA certification is preferred.

• Must have expert-level proficiency in QuickBooks Online.

• Familiarity with UltraTax is an advantage.

• Strong skills in tax planning and preparation.

• Ability to solve problems effectively.

• Comfortable in a client-facing position.

• Capability to excel in a self-motivated, remote work environment.

• Previous experience with dental or healthcare clients is preferred.
