
Client Relationship Manager – Health

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Collaborate with the Regional Sales Director and internal teams to cultivate strong client relationships, guarantee satisfaction, and drive account growth.
• Oversee daily client interactions, assist in issue resolution, align on objectives, and implement product enhancements.
• Conduct Client Business Reviews alongside Sales, showcasing return on investment, documenting action items, and strategizing for the future.
• Perform regular Workflow Assessments, which include planning sessions, user shadowing, recommendations, documentation, and leadership presentations.
• Guide clients through the transition from implementation to ongoing account management.
• Collaborate with Support, Product, and Development to address service tickets and ensure a seamless client experience.
• Encourage the use of the Customer Community for support cases, product updates, knowledge resources, and training opportunities.
• Work together with Customer Success to resolve product issues and address performance concerns.
• Assist with contract renewals and contribute to strategies for revenue retention and attrition avoidance.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling, upselling, and expansion in partnership with the Regional Sales Director.
• Monitor product usage to ensure anticipated return on investment and alignment with client objectives.
• Provide best-practice recommendations and configuration advice to enhance client outcomes.
• Collect and support participation in NPS surveys, utilizing feedback for improvements.
• Maintain client documentation and account insights within Salesforce.
• Achieve all performance metrics and KPIs for assigned accounts.
• Report directly to the Senior Director of Client Services.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in the healthcare IT sector.
• A provider-based background is preferred.
• Proficiency in Salesforce is necessary.
• Conceptual knowledge and some experience with GenAI, CoPilot, or GPT functionalities.
• Familiarity with the Healthcare Revenue Cycle is essential.
• Ability to collaborate across sales, marketing, product, support, and implementation teams.
• Adaptability to meet the evolving needs of organizations.
• High level of professionalism suitable for client engagements.
• Willingness to travel up to 25-30% is required.
