This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide exceptional service and support throughout the lifecycle of the Managed Services project.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding Workiva products and services.
• Support the Customer & Partner Experience Team with supplementary projects as required.
• Address moderate customer concerns and escalate more intricate issues while maintaining accountability to clients.
• Oversee a portfolio of clients through regular check-ins and foster meaningful client relationships.
• Collect client feedback and relay it to sales, marketing, and research and development teams.
• Educate customers on utilizing the Workiva platform to meet their technology goals and objectives by sharing best practices.
• Utilize customer management tools to monitor communications, issues, and performance metrics.
• Create and implement onboarding project plans for Capital Markets customers.
• Organize and evaluate the filing process for Capital Markets clients.
• Provide round-the-clock commitment to the Working Group until project completion.
• Comprehend customer project requirements and serve as a consultant on the features of the Workiva platform.
• Collaborate with other Workiva teams on initiatives that cater to customer needs.
• Analyze and supply data to support informed decision-making.
• Manage multiple tasks or processes in a structured manner.
• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience in a relevant field.
• Over 2 years of experience in Customer Service, Account Management, Project Management, or comparable roles emphasizing communication and influence.
• Background in the accounting or finance sector.
• Knowledge of Capital Markets processes and filings.
• Self-driven with a strong inclination towards action, results, and continuous improvement.
• Capability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced, and rapidly evolving environment.
• Demonstrated ability to recognize customer needs and expectations, providing timely and effective service responses.
• Proficient in using the Workiva platform, Google Drive, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, and Gainsight.
• Strong project management and organizational skills to adhere to established timelines.
• Excellent communication, influence, and presentation skills, comfortable in delivering consultative recommendations.
• Reliable internet access for remote work outside of a Workiva office.
• Must have authorization to work permanently in the U.S.
