Client Relationship Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire recruitment process for available positions.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to thoroughly understand their recruitment needs and develop an effective strategy.

• Identify the most effective methods for sourcing candidates through online platforms (e.g. Indeed).

• Evaluate candidate data using our Applicant Tracking System.

• Organize interview and selection procedures, which include phone screenings, assessments, and in-person or video interviews.

• Offer strategic partnership to hiring managers throughout the candidate evaluation process, advising on candidates' skill sets and cultural fit.

• Cultivate strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience during the recruitment process.

• Keep abreast of industry trends and technology to facilitate ongoing improvements in recruitment practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree, ideally in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• A minimum of 1 year of recruiting experience is preferred.

• Familiarity with the full recruitment life cycle.

• Strong interpersonal, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

• Ability to employ critical thinking skills effectively.

• Knowledge of innovative and creative sourcing techniques.

• Experience with resume databases, job boards, and professional networking platforms.

• Capacity to manage multiple tasks and recruit for various positions to meet deadlines.
