Client Relations Account Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Promote and renew designated Pearl Insurance coverage(s) to current clients through phone, email, mail, and fax communication.

• Address inquiries from policyholders or insurance brokers in the call center regarding existing coverage(s) and upcoming renewals.

• Market ancillary products to clients.

• Assist clients and internal underwriters with the application and underwriting process.

• Distribute applications to clients, finalize necessary forms, prepare submission documents, and follow up for any additional information needed.

• Present quotes or estimates, finalize sales, and collect market intelligence when renewals are not secured.

• Record sales activities in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

• Develop and sustain customer relationships after the initial year of coverage.

• Act as a backup for other Client Relations Account Representatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A valid Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance license.

• A Bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing, or a related discipline.

• Prior sales and/or customer service experience, ideally within the insurance sector; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels.
