This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main relationship manager and strategic partner for a designated portfolio of healthcare clients.
• Develop a thorough understanding of clients’ organizations, goals, operational contexts, stakeholders, and usage of DataSpring solutions.
• Establish trusted relationships with executive, operational, technical, and procurement stakeholders.
• Create and uphold strategic account plans, engagement schedules, performance evaluations, and executive business reviews.
• Define, monitor, and communicate client success metrics that showcase the value of DataSpring solutions.
• Promote product and service adoption, usage, workflow integration, and value realization.
• Offer actionable insights, recommendations, and industry perspectives in collaboration with Product, Analytics, and subject-matter experts.
• Identify barriers to adoption and value realization, coordinating internal resources to resolve them.
• Assist in client communication and change management regarding product enhancements and platform transitions.
• Monitor account health, identify risks, formulate mitigation strategies, and support renewal readiness.
• Recognize expansion opportunities, broader adoption, new use cases, and enhanced organizational engagement.
• Serve as the internal advocate for the client within DataSpring.
• Coordinate cross-functional account teams, ownership, timelines, and follow-through.
• Support the transition from implementation to ongoing partnership management.
• Convey client needs and feedback to Product teams and assist in roadmap discussions.
• Lead the resolution of significant client issues, risks, and escalations.
• Maintain accurate account information in Salesforce.
• Implement portfolio segmentation and account-management standards.
• Share insights on client trends, feedback, and market intelligence.
• Contribute to Client Partnerships playbooks, processes, reporting, and best practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field.
• Five or more years of experience in account management, client success, client partnerships, healthcare consulting, or another strategic client-facing role.
• Experience managing intricate business-to-business client portfolios, preferably within healthcare, healthcare technology, SaaS, data, or professional services.
• Proven success in building relationships with executive, operational, technical, and procurement stakeholders.
• Strong strategic account-management skills, including account planning, stakeholder mapping, business reviews, client health assessments, and risk mitigation.
• Experience in driving client adoption, retention, renewals, value realization, and growth.
• Commercial acumen and a capacity to identify client needs, whitespace, and valid expansion opportunities.
• Ability to align product and service capabilities with client business objectives and articulate measurable value.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex client initiatives without direct authority.
• Strong business judgment and problem-solving abilities; adept at navigating ambiguity, competing priorities, and sensitive client situations.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to synthesize client, product, operational, and performance data into actionable insights, recommendations, and plans.
• Experience with health plans, provider organizations, or healthcare administrative solutions is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with provider data, credentialing, directory management, network management, coordination of benefits, or related healthcare processes is preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
