This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Oversee design and development projects utilizing Webflow from initiation to completion.
• Create project plans, timelines, deliverables, and allocate resources efficiently.
• Ensure project delivery is achieved on schedule and within budget.
• Track progress and ensure adherence to project scope.
• Coordinate efforts among internal resources, contractors, and third-party vendors.
• Maintain task lists, schedules, status reports, and comprehensive project documentation.
• Supervise quality assurance processes for client deliverables.
• Identify potential risks and devise mitigation strategies; escalate issues when required.
• Address complex delivery challenges by proposing solutions and seeking expert advice.
• Confirm that deliverables comply with 8020 standards.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
• Provide clients with updates and respond to inquiries or concerns.
• Organize and lead regular client meetings.
• Represent client interests in internal discussions.
• Foster client relationships and ensure their objectives are reflected in project outcomes.
• Anticipate client needs and proactively tackle potential challenges and opportunities.
• Collaborate with clients, designers, developers, and strategists to achieve project goals.
• Manage priorities and tasks for retainer clients.
• Guide clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Promote client satisfaction, retention, and growth of accounts.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, client services, or a similar role.
• Familiarity with Webflow and a basic understanding of web design principles is advantageous.
• Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Demonstrated success in managing multiple projects concurrently in a remote environment.
• Excellent organizational abilities with a capacity to prioritize and adapt to changing deadlines.
• Experience in client-facing positions with an emphasis on relationship development.
• Proficiency in project management tools, such as ClickUp or comparable platforms.
• Experience utilizing ClickUp lists and dashboards is a plus.
• Knowledge of Webflow CMS, interactions, and class-based styling is desirable.
• Understanding of how design choices impact development workflows.
• Experience with Webflow design and development projects, as well as the website development lifecycle.
• Experience managing both internal and external teams.
• Proven ability to create project plans and document processes effectively.
