Client Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Identify opportunities for sales and services within an assigned portfolio, managing ongoing customer engagements throughout the services sale lifecycle.

• Present deployment methodologies and recommend phased approaches for implementation.

• Create strategic account plans aimed at achieving designated revenue targets.

• Collaborate with the internal Sales team to uncover and finalize new business opportunities.

• Develop detailed Statements of Work (SOWs), clearly communicating the necessary costs, timelines, and resources required to fulfill client specifications.

• Facilitate discovery workshops to comprehend client business challenges, ensure shared project understanding, and establish design direction.

• Cultivate productive relationships with internal stakeholders in Professional Services, Product Management, Support Services, and Sales.

• Assist in establishing referenceable clients for Kinaxis.

• Build and sustain effective partnerships with organizations involved in the sales or deployment of Kinaxis solutions.

• Serve as the trusted advisor for deployment to both customers and partners.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, process engineering, business, supply chain management, or a related discipline.

• At least 7 years of industry experience with large-scale and complex implementations in software consulting services.

• Practical experience in developing SOWs for client project deployments, particularly within the supply chain management sector.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in professional services sales targeting new customers.

• A strong background in consulting.

• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to quickly establish trust with customers at all levels, including C-suite executives.

• Proven negotiation skills with a history of consistently meeting or surpassing revenue objectives.

• A dynamic and analytical thinker capable of grasping the complexities of deployments and solutions while maintaining a strategic perspective of project and customer needs.

• Willingness to travel 30-60% of the time domestically and occasionally internationally.

• Kinaxis RapidResponse certification as Contributor, Author, or Admin is regarded as an asset.
