This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Responsible for the overall marketing performance in relation to the goals set for assigned programs and initiatives.

• Act as the main client-facing marketing leader for designated accounts or areas.

• Work collaboratively with clients, market strategists, and internal experts to create marketing plans and promotional strategies.

• Supervise the execution of marketing campaigns alongside internal creative teams and external advertising agencies.

• Initiate marketing campaigns and tactics using the marketing project management system.

• Prepare strategy briefs for campaigns and oversee creative requests.

• Facilitate the workflow and approval process for marketing materials from both internal and external stakeholders.

• Develop, maintain, and manage marketing budgets in coordination with program management and finance teams.

• Create, manage, and utilize plan-to-goal tools to monitor progress.

• Review, analyze, and report on the outcomes of marketing promotions.

• Leverage data and analysis to enhance and innovate marketing campaigns and initiatives.

• Provide mentorship and coaching to emerging marketing leaders.

• Engage in company-wide marketing thought leadership activities.

• Supervise direct reports and manage departmental staff, including conducting interviews, assigning tasks, performance evaluations, coaching, mentoring, and directing workflows.

• Guide department personnel on their annual and long-term development objectives.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in marketing, communications, business, or a related discipline.

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

• At least 2 years of experience in client management is required.

• A minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience is necessary, whether directly or indirectly.

• Excellent client service and communication skills.

• Capability to manage a diverse range of tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated, and adept at prioritizing workload.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Experienced in project management, preferably using Smartsheet.

• Effective verbal and written communication skills with clients, program employees, and vendors.

• Competent in analyzing and interpreting data to solve practical issues.

• Understanding of mathematical concepts like fractions, percentages, and ratios.

• Strong commitment to diversity and inclusion.

• Reliable transportation is required.

• A valid driver’s license is necessary.

• Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
