Client Manager, Premier Market

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Oversee planholder and client accounts for Premier brokers (2–999 lives)

• Ensure the achievement of client satisfaction, retention, growth, and profitability objectives

• Cultivate relationships with clients and brokers/consultants through active market engagement

• Partner with the sales representative to devise account management strategies and positioning

• Manage the entire client lifecycle and create solutions tailored to benefit requirements

• Balance the needs of clients with the demands of the business

• Meet annual financial growth and retention targets

• Travel frequently within the designated territory

⛳️ Requirements

• BA or BS degree is preferred, or equivalent professional experience

• At least 3 years of experience in group insurance servicing accounts and/or account management

• Strong aptitude for customer service

• Proven track record of successful interactions with brokers/consultants and sophisticated clients

• Ability to analyze data for influencing and executing renewal decisions

• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite: PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams; Concur; Tableau; Salesforce

• Capable of functioning effectively in a virtual environment and establishing rapport online

• Familiarity with relevant industry products and processes, including Worksite, LTD, Dental products, absence management, online enrollment, experience rating, and dental network analysis

• Skills in consultative selling, virtual communication, presentations, relationship-building, strategic and critical thinking, basic mathematics, organization, and time management

• Must obtain necessary industry licensing within 90 days of hire and maintain it through Continuing Education requirements

• Must reside in Ohio or Michigan

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship
