This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create information management solutions for clients utilizing OpenText products.
• Provide support for Professional Services sales to Enterprise Accounts.
• Collaborate with Sales, delivery teams, Technical Pre-Sales, Value Engineering, and other OpenText leaders.
• Identify revenue opportunities and manage a pipeline to achieve booking targets.
• Evaluate, research, track, and cultivate leads into viable business prospects.
• Keep sales opportunities and project updates current and accurate in the CEM system.
• Organize and manage resources, sales forecasts, proposals, and contract approvals.
• Track and report quarterly anticipated revenue and sales performance to senior leadership.
• Address client inquiries and keep stakeholders updated on client activities.
• Communicate value propositions effectively to various organizational levels.
• Negotiate project deliverables, timelines, and costs.
• Create business cases, proposals, and presentations.
• Engage in trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
• Stay informed about industry trends, technology, competitive offerings, and client needs.
• Advocate for, identify, recommend, and implement process enhancements.
• Share effective strategies with peers and colleagues.
• Foster high client satisfaction and provide support to peers across North America.
• Bachelor’s Degree or College Diploma and/or relevant IM/IT experience (4-7 years) or equivalent.
• Proficiency in complex business and technical processes and their implications for enterprises.
• Understanding of project management disciplines and methodologies.
• Experience in Professional Services sales is preferred.
• Familiarity with OpenText product offerings and their alignment with client business needs.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in closing and managing engagements totaling at least $1 million in annual fees.
• Strong presence, confidence, professional maturity, and communication abilities.
• Solid work ethic and readiness to meet client expectations.
• Willingness to travel as required by business needs.
