Client Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Cultivate and maintain overall client relationships to ensure business retention and high levels of satisfaction.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for both existing clients and prospective ones.

• Initiate renewal processes and formulate effective renewal strategies.

• Analyze risks and create specifications for marketing in relation to renewals or new business.

• Conduct marketing efforts, negotiate rates, and assess quotes and coverage options.

• Review insurance policies, ascertain suitable coverage, and pinpoint any deficiencies.

• Evaluate marketing outcomes and prepare, finalize, and present proposals to clients.

• Bind insurance coverage and either prepare binders or delegate the issuance of certificates.

• Examine policies and contracts for accuracy and completeness.

• Prepare coverage summaries and schedules tailored for clients.

• Review accounting histories, address inquiries, rectify discrepancies, and communicate with clients regarding outstanding collections.

• Engage in the claims process as directed by management.

• Inform the Producer of any relevant information pertaining to client retention.

• Collect fees and reconcile, addressing any outstanding balances within 90 days of invoicing.

• Ensure complete and precise data within the agency management system.

• Execute other duties as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Minimum of three (3) years of relevant work experience in Private Client/High Net Worth (HNW) insurance.

• Possession of a valid insurance license.

• Commitment to meeting Continuing Education requirements for license renewal.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Familiarity with a wide range of customizable coverages for private clients.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Strong problem-solving and time-management capabilities.

• Effective planning, organizational, and prioritization skills.

• Excellent interpersonal skills.

• Capacity to build trust and effectively de-escalate concerns.

• Ability to collaborate within a team and promote teamwork.

• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
