This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Serve as the primary support and daily point of contact for client service teams and operations.
• Establish and nurture direct working relationships with clients and carriers.
• Prioritize and execute tasks based on client demands, customs requirements, release conditions, and Livingston standards.
• Develop and maintain client tariff databases, system maintenance files, vendor information, and keywords.
• Verify documentation for release conditions, compliance, rating adherence, and free trade certificates.
• Create, maintain, and adhere to client Standard Operating Procedures and any exceptions to these procedures.
• Ensure the accurate and timely release and rating of shipments across all transportation modes.
• Audit the work completed by the Release Pool or the NSC in Air/Sea locations.
• Offer support, guidance, and mentorship to Release Operations members in non-Air/Sea locations.
• Escalate issues, return entries to release team members, and suggest corrective actions.
• Generate customs entries utilizing the appropriate systems, vendors, and keywords.
• Input key shipment information for EDI release, rating, and billing.
• Communicate with clients and carriers to secure missing documentation, information, or instructions.
• Collaborate with Customs and PGAs as required.
• Conduct periodic checks on tariff, valuation, and client/importer information.
• Perform documented internal audits.
• Assist in compiling and reporting performance statistics for the Client Service Team.
• Engage in daily team operations, prioritization, scheduling, meetings, problem-solving, decision-making, and special projects.
• Coordinate and implement electronic data relationships to enhance efficiency and streamline processing.
• Stay informed about new system developments.
• Undertake other related duties as assigned by management and comply with established policies and procedures.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• High School diploma/GED or equivalent is required.
• An associate degree or post-secondary education is preferred.
• Currently pursuing or have successfully completed the Certified Customs Specialists (CCS) designation with CSCB or NCBFAA, if not already obtained.
• Successful completion of the CCS examination is essential for further advancement.
• Exceptional oral and written communication and organizational abilities.

• Strong understanding of company policies and procedures.
• Keen attention to detail, organization, completeness, and accuracy.
