This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist the AVP of Client Success - Health Plans in managing the operations of a strategic health plan partnership that encompasses various lines of business and employer groups.
• Collaborate with the Client Growth & Success team to ensure consistent implementation across the employer portfolio.
• Oversee recurring operational processes, calendars, trackers, and documentation.
• Ensure the accuracy of employer and program-level information, which includes selections, renewal statuses, effective dates, and contact details.
• Prepare and disseminate regular notifications and communications.
• Identify gaps in information, deadlines, process inefficiencies, and pending actions; drive efforts towards resolution.
• Maintain a reliable source of truth in Salesforce and internal tracking systems.
• Manage recurring, ad hoc, and cross-functional reporting; verify data for completeness and accuracy.
• Coordinate annual renewals and program selections for employer groups.
• Monitor renewals, program additions, changes, terminations, decisions, risks, and delays.
• Design and maintain trackers and dashboards for visibility to leadership.
• Facilitate cross-functional action items, operating procedures, workflows, templates, and tools.
• Identify opportunities to enhance, standardize, and automate recurring processes.
• Support health plan meetings and internal reviews.
• Execute other assigned duties.
• 1–3 years of experience in client success operations, program coordination, project management, healthcare operations, account management, or a similar role.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities, including managing recurring processes, handling large volumes of details, and integrating multiple data sources.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and follow-through.
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive and resourceful, with the ability to identify gaps, anticipate needs, and ensure tasks are completed.
• Capability to coordinate among various teams and stakeholders without direct authority.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Experience in healthcare, digital health, health plans, or employee benefits is preferred.
• Familiarity with Salesforce (SFDC), JIRA, and Zendesk is preferred.
