Client Executive, Managed Services Growth

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Identify, assess, and secure new Managed Services business prospects within designated markets and territories.

• Oversee the complete sales process, which includes prospecting, opportunity qualification, solution presentation, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.

• Meet or surpass the designated annual sales targets and revenue growth objectives.

• Keep an accurate sales forecast and pipeline tracked within CRM systems.

• Act as a trusted advisor by comprehending client challenges and aligning Managed Services solutions with strategic goals.

• Collaborate with technical, delivery, and operational teams on solution design, implementation, and client satisfaction.

• Represent Managed Services offerings encompassing Cloud, Infrastructure, Security, and End User Services.

• Work with Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Marketing on regional go-to-market strategies.

• Informally mentor peers, share best practices, and contribute to the development of future offerings and strategies.

• Engage in quarterly business reviews, pipeline assessments, and cross-departmental strategy discussions.

• Conduct strategic account planning to discover whitespace and new business opportunities.

• Establish and nurture executive-level client relationships.

• Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor movements, and changing customer demands.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).

• A minimum of 7–10 years of progressive B2B sales experience, preferably within IT Managed Services, Cloud, or Technology Solutions sectors.

• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding annual sales targets with an emphasis on new business development.

• Strong grasp of modern infrastructure, multi-cloud architecture (AWS, Azure), cybersecurity, and digital transformation solutions.

• Outstanding communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities with both business and technical stakeholders.

• Solid business acumen, analytical capabilities, and financial modeling skills.

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence without formal authority.

• Residency within the assigned region is mandatory.

• Willingness to travel as required, up to 50% of the time.
