This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver exceptional client service for a diverse portfolio of clients, varying in size, scope, and location.
• Participate in developing client strategies focused on Human Capital Risks, including Human Capital strategy, Benefits, Compliance, Change Management, and Communications.
• Collaborate with relevant subject matter experts.
• Address day-to-day service issues related to clients and vendors.
• Oversee the complete client service experience.
• Cultivate relationships with client stakeholders, from executive leadership to support personnel.
• Proactively manage client service plans and requirements.
• Maintain clear communication with the HCR team and establish explicit expectations for deliverable timelines.
• Assist in managing renewals of employee benefits plans or vendor sourcing processes.
• Collect vendor and client information for RFP/sourcing activities.
• Organize data for vendor submissions.
• Prepare and distribute RFPs to vendors.
• Assess quotes for accuracy.
• Collaborate with the PE HCR team to develop client strategies that align with PE objectives.
• Create client deliverables and assist in formulating communication strategies.
• Coordinate the implementation or continuation of benefit plans and contract modifications.
• Ensure compliance for clients.
• Contribute to the enhancement and optimization of the client service experience, including processes and deliverables.
• Mentor and develop members of the client service team.
• Support business development initiatives.
• Contribute to thought leadership efforts.
• A Bachelor's degree in finance, business, marketing, risk management, or human resources management is required.
• At least 5-10 years of relevant industry experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize client needs in a dynamic work environment.
• Strong organizational skills with a process-oriented approach.
• Self-motivated and eager to contribute in a team setting.
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
• Familiarity with transparent health benefit strategies.
• Understanding of alternative funding mechanisms, including level funding and self-funding.
• Knowledge of self-funding medical/Rx programs, including stop loss marketing.
• Awareness of best-in-class PBM contract terms.
• Understanding of advanced cost containment strategies such as reference-based reimbursement and direct contracting.
