This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Engage with Mobile Home Park managers to promote awareness of available energy rebate programs and recruit community members.

• Communicate with residents via phone to guide them through the qualification process, clearly outlining financial and energy-saving advantages.

• Assist families in filling out straightforward forms and gathering necessary documentation to facilitate the approval of their applications.

• Keep precise records of prospects, active leads, and application statuses in spreadsheets and CRM systems.

• Collaborate closely with internal teams to transition approved accounts for technical assessments and equipment installation.

• Proficient in both English and Spanish (written and spoken).

• Comfortable engaging in phone conversations with a diverse range of individuals, including elderly residents and those with limited English proficiency.

• Flourishes in a non-micromanaged environment, where performance is assessed based on impact and results rather than a rigid playbook.

• Adaptable to working in a lean, fast-paced organization where priorities may shift.

• Basic computer skills with experience in using spreadsheets and CRM platforms.
