Client Engagement Partner – AI-Driven Transformation, Process Intelligence

📋 Description

• The Client Value Partner (CVP) position is an integral part of our expansive Value Engineering team and is vital to Celonis’ growth strategy.

• In the role of CVP, you will lead our initiative for data-driven business transformation with our most significant customers.

• You will guide large teams of Celonis experts to ensure the success and satisfaction of our key clients as they work to derive value from Celonis.

• The CVP serves as the accountable leader for customer success, acting as a trusted advisor for strategic clientele.

• This includes engaging with C-Level Executives to collaboratively establish a long-term vision for leveraging Celonis to transform their business and mobilizing necessary Celonis resources.

• Working alongside our cross-functional Celonis teams, you will drive measurable business impact across various processes and industries while accelerating platform adoption.

• The CVP will also advocate for transformational initiatives within Celonis and customer accounts, promoting innovation and strategic changes to maximize value and facilitate business transformation.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 12 years of relevant experience in customer success, strategy consulting, or related fields (including industries like Production and Manufacturing) is required.

• Strong background in executing large-scale transformation programs, process re-engineering projects, and implementations.

• Experience with logistics clients and processes is essential.

• Familiarity with AI-driven transformation is a significant advantage.

• Extensive exposure to and experience with effective change management practices.

• Ability to navigate large global organizations with persuasive skills backed by data, facts, and confidence.

• Proficient in collaborating with internal resources to design, propose, and sell opportunities alongside relevant subject matter experts and practice leads.

• Possess a naturally consultative approach when engaging with senior executives.

• A strong team player who motivates others with a patient and entrepreneurial leadership style.

• Project management skills: adept at organizing and managing multiple streams of work.

• Excellent communication abilities, with the capacity to translate Celonis use cases into the customer business landscape.

• Self-motivated, proactive team player.

• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative, and ambiguous environments with multiple stakeholders.

• Native-level or near-native proficiency in German (written and spoken), with the capability to confidently engage German-speaking clients, facilitate workshops, and present to executive stakeholders.
