• Propel growth, customer retention, and long-term value for a select group of strategic enterprise clients.
• Cultivate new business opportunities and manage intricate expansions along with high-value renewals.
• Direct enterprise-wide sales initiatives while aligning Conga’s comprehensive portfolio with customer priorities and transformation efforts.
• Forge strong relationships with business, technical, and executive stakeholders.
• Establish credibility as a strategic advisor by gaining insights into customers’ businesses, industries, and operational models.
• Link Conga’s capabilities to quantifiable business results.
• Oversee account strategy, competitive landscape, and insights into internal dynamics.
• Develop and present executive-level business cases utilizing ROI modeling, benchmarking, and value frameworks.
• Ensure disciplined pipeline progression, accurate forecasting, deal hygiene, and alignment with leadership.
• Coordinate pre-sales, customer success, product, partners, and leadership resources effectively.
• Integrate CPQ, CLM, and broader Conga capabilities into a cohesive revenue-lifecycle transformation narrative.
• Manage complex negotiations and deal strategies from initiation to closure.
• Navigate procurement, legal, and executive stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.
• Take ownership of and execute complex expansions and high-value renewals across key enterprise accounts.
• Possess a deep understanding of each customer’s business, industry, and operational model.
• Maintain a strategic perspective on account management, competitive landscape, and internal dynamics.
• Create executive-level business cases linked to both financial and operational impacts.
• Utilize ROI modeling, benchmarking, and value frameworks effectively.
• Ensure disciplined management of the sales pipeline, with precise forecasting and deal hygiene.
• Coordinate internal resources across pre-sales, customer success, product, partners, and leadership seamlessly.
