This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with clients to grasp their technological needs and develop tailored solutions.

• Clearly communicate the benefits and features of Arctiq’s Product, Professional Service, and Managed Service offerings.

• Propel sales and profitability goals across a wide range of market segments.

• Foster and enhance client relationships.

• Discover market opportunities and engage with potential new clients.

• Work alongside sales leadership on pricing strategies, deal registrations, rebates, and promotions.

• Assess and qualify new sales prospects while delivering accurate sales forecasts.

• Establish and cultivate relationships with key partners.

• Keep informed about partner offerings, services, and initiatives.

• Remain knowledgeable about Arctiq’s service delivery capabilities and cutting-edge technology expertise.

• Prepare and present product and service proposals, quotes, and responses to RFPs.

• Oversee contracts and product leases in modern infrastructure, security, and platform engineering.

• Meet or surpass monthly gross profit targets and quarterly sales goals.

• Undertake additional assigned duties to foster organizational success and innovation.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience in the IT sector.

• Strong knowledge of products and services offered.

• Proven history of achieving or exceeding sales targets and quotas.

• Comprehensive understanding of contemporary technology trends, including infrastructure, cloud computing, and security.

• Capable of discussing technical concepts with clients and aligning Arctiq solutions with their requirements.

• Experience in establishing and maintaining long-term client relationships.

• Aptitude for identifying client challenges, anticipating their needs, and providing proactive solutions and support.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Proficient in presenting and clarifying complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Strong negotiation and persuasion capabilities.

• Skillful in developing and executing strategic sales plans.

• Proficient in identifying new business opportunities, analyzing market trends, and staying competitive.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams.

• Highly driven and results-focused.

• Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and able to adapt to shifting priorities.

• Awareness of industry developments, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies.

• Candidates must be located in NY, NJ, CT, or MA.
