Client Development Representative, Healthcare

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Foster growth in new business and strengthen relationships with existing clients within a designated healthcare territory.

• Identify and connect with hospital and independent retail pharmacies, as well as supply chain and procurement teams.

• Deliver sales presentations for Inmar’s Rx Returns and Compliance Solutions.

• Assess client needs and offer customized solutions.

• Promote additional products and services to current clients.

• Maintain an active sales pipeline through proactive outreach and consistent follow-up.

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing ongoing education on compliance and services.

• Travel within the assigned territory for daily in-person pharmacy visits and support for on-site pharmaceutical returns.

• Keep CRM records up to date and utilize CRM data to enhance sales strategies.

• Adhere to company policies and undertake other assigned sales-related tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• An Associate’s degree is required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, client development, or territory management, particularly in healthcare or related fields.

• Proficient in Microsoft and Google Suite applications.

• A valid driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record are mandatory.

• Residency in the Houston area is required.

• Must possess authorization to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship now or in the future.

• This position is not eligible for student visa sponsorship, including F-1 OPT or CPT.

• Capability to meet the physical demands of the job, which may include occasionally lifting and/or moving 40–50 pounds.
